Quietus could have some "poisoned thought" that give mental penalties Presence as an exemple that can lead to other ones Necromancy, I could see a ritual, that would cause the mind reader to hear beyond the shroud instead of the necromancer mind) Fortitude could increase difficulty / number of success required Dominate to hide quick order in the aura or allow to dominate someone who is reading your mind/aura without eye contact (for like lvl1 dominate effect)?

Chimerstry as mentioned for fake information Animalism could lead the person to only hear primal/animal thought or even only hear the beast (though that would freak a lot of Kindred who would see that as split personality or something) So combo with obfuscate would straight up counter (also Mytherceria 3 counter Auspex 3 to some extent), and in addition you could create combo with other discipline with effect related to them as per the Dementation ones, for exemple: I thought I also remembered some combo with Chimerstry that allowed to create false thought to be read & give illusions false auras & thoughts but can't find it right now (unless they are elder powers) Someone trying to read your aura is entranced Sould Decoration (Obfuscate 3 - Auspex 2) Someone checking your aura gain one of your derangement Sensory Overload (Dementation 3 - Auspex 1) in the V20 core rule book and that box is called See the Unseen in DA20 core rule book page 195. There is also a Side box called Seeing the Unseen that explains the relation between Auspex and Obfuscate and how one may cancel the other.

Mind Blank (Obfuscate LV 6) This power mitigates the information the mind reader may have access to, by reducing her dice pool Whenever a vampire using auspex would attempt to read the vampire mind, she must first roll her Perception + Empathy vs the Target's Wits+ Stealth, if the mind reader succeed, when she may then attempt her normal roll to read the target's mind, but her dice pool is reduce to the number of success she had on the Mind blank's roll. Soul Mask/Mask The Devil (Obfuscate LV 6) This power hides or disguise the vampire's aura. I am unsure if the power Mind Blank exists in DA20, but both powers can be found in the V20 core rule book, page 186-187. 5 points in the Generation Background, brings you down to Gen. Unless playing a Dark Ages game, default the starting generation is 12. Unfortunately, the powers that prevent other character(s) from seeing her aura or reading her mind with Auspex, are only accessible with Obfuscate Level 6 (Mind Blank & Soul Mask/Mask The Devil) which means that it's not really accessible by default, at least without diablerie. Kinda obvious but noteworthy. As Nonsense pointed out, indeed obfuscate may be the most common choice a vampire may have to hide from Auspex. Obfuscate offers protection against Auspex.
